Owning MAGNUM

With 3D printing, there are essentially no setup steps so large prototypes are significantly faster to print than to make them any other way.

Highly cost effective, Magnum competes with conventional assembly lines almost entirely because of the tooling costs of the latter. Also, consolidated assemblies usually cost less as well because of the ability to source material from one single platform.

Feeding MAGNUM

Magnum accepts both granules and pellets to expand and accelerate output. Using granules/pellets instead of filament has many advantages when you want to print large –including cost effectiveness, leading to as much as 10x lower cost compared to filaments.

Magnum prints with a variety of plastics, including RPP, PETG and RPLA. Common additives are wood fibers, glass fibers, carbon fibers and EPDM.

Operating MAGNUM

Magnum offers powerful control features based on Bosch Rexroth MTX system control. The platform also offers flexible camera control and mail/text module. A large touch display allows for easy setup and agile control of all crucial parameters.

600 mm/s print speed and up to 850 mm/s movement speed means manufacturing is fast and smooth. With linear module accuracy of 0.001 mm results are predictable and precise.

A powerful E25 extruder manufactured to handle shredded material, granules or pellets. The MAGNUM handles nozzles between 2-8mm and has an average output between 1-8kg/h.

The potential to reduce industrial waste and save on natural resources involved in traditional manufacturing is a key area and a continuous driver. We constantly strive to strategize beyond the assembly line and offer a truly circular manufacturing process.

Our patented heated vacuum table enables more efficient and cheaper production because we can use several printing sheets to print on. It also enables very short downtime of the printer. As soon as your detail is finished printing, you can turn off the vacuum, take out the print sheet with the printed detail, and put it in a new printing sheet to immediately start a new print.

Whatt.io is a combination of a cloud-based product information platform, programming tools and manufacturing methods to integrate RFID tags (NFC)  inside products created mainly with 3D printers.

Instant product information –no app needed.

With NFC tags embedded in 3D printed parts connected to whatt.io, a simple and easy way to connect product information is established. Enabled products can connect to their own lifecycle data creating true traceability. The platform allows a regular smartphone to identify a specific product by simply tapping it. Part of the whatt.io toolset is an Andriod and iPhone App that enables the 3D technician to quickly wake up the NFC tag and connect it to the cloud database. Choose brand and product and it will retrieve data from various sources and hard code the products tag with its now unique identity,

The cloud admin is a web based administration where all brands, products, parts and the 3D print farms with their 3D technicians are hosted. Products are added with their detailed information about product, manufacturing, material, recycling, support and spareparts that then will be connected to the physical part.
